We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a shift, please provide 7 clear days’ notice to avoid cancellation fees as per the NDIS Guidelines.
Yes, we offer overnight and 24/7 in-home care for participants. However, your NDIS plan must have the appropriate funding in the correct categories to support these services.
Yes, we provide transport assistance for medical appointments, social outings, and community activities, helping you stay engaged and independent. Check out our Community Access page for more details.
