As a Support Worker no day will look the same! This is why so many people love the job. If you are working with a client who requires a community access shift you may be assisting with food shopping, taking them to appointments, going to the beach, movies or for a walk in the park with our clients, there are many things you can get up to with your client. If you are supporting our clients for a self-care shift, this sometimes looks like helping them meal prep, enjoying arts and crafts, assisting with personal care, performing domestic duties, and providing companionship.
